Lodging Neighbourhood Feedback

North West Youth Accommodation Service Inc. (NWYAS) welcomes feedback from our local community.

We can’t respond to issues that we are unaware of, so feedback from our community, particularly regarding disturbances of the peace in the neighbourhood are very important to NWYAS.

Please provide direct feedback and information about things you have witnessed, heard or have concerns about.

This information is able to be submitted online and anonymously.

Important information:

  • TheĀ Neighbourhood Feedback Form is only for use in making tenancy-related complaints (e.g. excessive noise).
  • NWYAS is bound by the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act (QLD) 2008. This legislation defines the rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords. Our Tenancy Management Worker will respond to complaints within the scope of the legislation.
  • NWYAS is also bound by the Information Privacy Act (QLD) 2009 and is unable to discuss the circumstances of our tenants, or our interactions with them.
  • Please provide your feedback in a respectful manner. NWYAS will not accept messages and complaints that are abusive toward NWYAS workers or tenants.
